Verification capability 
The test center of Bonaire Automobile Electric System Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 May and put into use, which is a laboratory integrating research and development as well as quality assurance, and it is mainly engaged in theoretical research of automobile air conditioning, product development, testing and research of product performance test. At present, the area of test center is 2304 square meters, with 122 sets of testing equipment and instruments concerning performance, vehicle environment simulation, vibration, noise, artificial corrosion, fatigue, size detection and reliability; equipped with more than 20 sets of large instruments and equipment at home and abroad. Currently, a full set of verification matching tests related to vehicle thermal management system can be conducted.
Servo double pulse test bed
this equipment is used for pulse pressure fatigue test of condenser, evaporator, radiator, heater core, intercooler, expansion valve and so on. Oil-way pressure range is 0.1~5 MPa (can be arbitrarily set). Waterway pressure range is 0.01 ~1MPa (can be arbitrarily set). Control accuracy: ±2%F.S. Measurement accuracy:±0.5%. Test room temperature: -40-150℃ (fixed set point control). Temperature fluctuation in test room; ±1 ℃. Uniformity: ±2℃. Frequency: 0-2Hz.
Automobile comprehensive performance laboratory
test the performance of automotive air conditioning refrigeration system (including double steaming system) and all parts (including evaporator, condenser and compressor). It can also test the performance of radiator, heater and draught fan. Moreover, it can be used as a calibration equipment for the performance of automotive air conditioning, and also provides means for developing and optimizing the air conditioning system.
Three integrated environmental cabinet
coupled with the shaking table, this equipment can complete some comprehensive tests that have requirements for the temperature, humidity and vibration. It can also be used alone as an environmental cabinet to simulate the climatic environment.
The test equipment for air volume and airtightness of whole vehicle
test the airtightness, air volume at outlet (air distribution) as well as air conditioning HVAC air volume of the whole vehicle and body in white. Provide accurate test data for developing and optimizing the air volume of the whole vehicle and the sealing system.
Environmental simulation laboratory
mainly used for air conditioning cooling performance test of passenger cars, which can evaluate the actual operation performance of air conditioning system on the whole vehicle. The laboratory can simulate the maximum speed to 120KM/h, with the simulation of face velocity.
Internal corrosion test bed
this test bed is used for the internal corrosion under operating conditions of air heater core, water valve, aluminum water tank and aluminum water cooling oil cooler simulating engine coolant.
